	August 6, 7, and 8, 2004 Competition 2004 – the second competition open to skateboards, inline skates, and bmx bikes for ages 6 and over. The proceeds will go towards the purchase of a Spine.
	August 15, 16 & 17, 2003 “Competition 2003” – the first competition organized for the Skatepark which is open to skateboards, in line skates and BMX bikes. Many prizes, music and professional demo. Over 50 participants entered!
	July 7 – August 1, 2003 Skateboard lessons given through the Marshfield Parks and Recreation Department summer program.
	April 29, 2003 The Marshfield Skatepark Committee was awarded the “Community Volunteer Group of Year 2002” by the Marshfield News Herald and Marshfield Area Volunteer Center.

	May 18, 2002 (Saturday) IMPORTANT COMMUNITY Door-to-Door Fund Drive for THE ENTIRE interested Marshfield Area. Final design plans will be displayed. Meeting time: 11:00 am. Door to door campaign 11:30am - 5:00 pm for fund raising. Meeting location will be at the Senior Citizen Center (next to the Marshfield Public Library). This will be our last effort for the June 1 Fund Raising Target for the June 2002 Contruction Timeline of the Marshfield Skatepark Project.

	January 2002 A formal framed thank you was presented to Madison elementary students for their efforts in fulfilling a classmate’s dream. The kids spent three weeks selling candy to raise $371.20 of their $500.00 goal to be donated to the Marshfield Skatepark Project as a Chad Johnson Memorial. Chad was a fifth-grader who was saving up to donate to the project but died in a vehicle-horse accident November 17, 2001.

	7-7-00 Michael McIntyre, Site Design Group from Tempe, AZ, will come in and help design the Marshfield Skatepark. There will be a presentation given Friday night at 7:00pm. He is a former pro skateboarder.
	6-3-00 Jeremy Verhulst came to Dairyfest and brought some of his friends. They set up 2 ramps and jumped, not always landed though! They did 2 shows. Thank you Jeremy and friends.
